1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all governorates within Egypt. For international shipping, please contact us in advance to confirm availability and rates for your destination.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During promotional periods or high-demand seasons, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if any delays are expected.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

5. Payment Methods & Processing Fees

All prices on our website are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa and Mastercard — local and international

  • Meeza cards

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available within Egypt

  • Mobile wallets

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to these processing terms.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your shipment until it reaches you.

7. Failed Deliveries

If our delivery courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, or if you refuse to accept the package without a valid reason, your order may be returned to us. In such cases, a re-shipping fee will apply if you wish to receive your order again.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or fails to arrive within the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving (or expecting) the package. We will investigate the issue with our courier and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
