We want every Cafeeiro customer to enjoy their order with complete peace of mind. This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how you can request a return, exchange, or refund.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging

The product has not been used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery

You can provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or partially used coffee products

Items with broken or damaged packaging seals

Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions (unless defective)

Personalized or custom-prepared orders
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Clear photos of the product and its packaging
We will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a full refund — the choice is yours.
4. How to Request a Return
To start a return:

Contact us via WhatsApp or email within the eligible time window.

Share your order number and the reason for the return.

Our team will guide you through the next steps and confirm whether your return has been approved.
5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a change of mind or any customer-related reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
6. Refund Method & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

Card payments → refunded to the original card (timing depends on the issuing bank)

Cash on Delivery → refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet, as agreed with you

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return was due to our error.
7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped, free of charge. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, our standard return process applies.
